When a parent does invest in a coach, it is usually a good one that is used to a professional atmosphere and knows how to respond to student needs.The tutor will want to find a quiet space to meet with the student and to discuss their progress. This is because some students cannot handle classroom noise and others do not feel comfortable. It is important that the tutor has a professional set up.As long as the parent is there for the student when the tutor meets with the student, the parent is doing all that they can do. This is what is most important and if the coach is on time, provides constructive feedback and can keep the student focused on the task at hand, the parent is doing their part to ensure that the student has the best possible tutoring experience.
